Caroline Wilson

Caroline signed for the club as a player in December 2010 and started off playing in our youth academy for 3 season with our under 15s & 17s and made her senior debut against Viewfield rovers in 2012 before hanging the boots up and becoming a coach with the clubs under 13s squad and working from under 13s up to under 17s winning a host of leagues and cups along the way.

Caroline has taken on other commitments in the Woman’s game by becoming a Brand Ambassador for the “Woman’s Sports Fund” which is managed by Foundation Scotland.

Along with coaching Caroline took on some background roles within the club working as Child Protection Officer, Team Secretary and more recently becoming Chairperson while working full time in the Financial industry as a Disputed Transactions Expert.

David McDermott

David has accrued more than 30 years working experience in community regeneration and community development and has been responsible for the development and delivery of many large scale community focused initiatives and programmes. David graduated from University with degrees in both Sociology and Business Management.

Over the past 26 years he has held senior positions with various regeneration agencies and grass roots community enterprises. David has a strong insight of the problems and issues which blight many of Scotland’s communities and he is committed to the continuous improvement of designated neighbourhoods.

David had a brief spell with Greenock Morton before plying his trade with several clubs in the USA. David also spent eight years as player manager with Shettleston Juniors before moving on to manage Rutherglen Glencairn for seven years.
